Privacy Notice
Information used
Fundwise uses your name, email, WhatsApp number, academic history, documents, application information, messages and payment references to assess eligibility, prepare applications, manage your account and communicate with you.
Service providers and sharing
The website uses Cloudflare hosting, Supabase for account and application services, and Paystack for payment processing. We share necessary application information with scholarship providers where authorized. Paystack handles card entry; do not send card details in portal messages or WhatsApp.
Security and your requests
Account access and payment verification help protect your workspace. Contact Fundwise to request correction of inaccurate information or discuss access and deletion requests. We may need to retain payment and service records where required.
How information is handled
We collect information provided during registration and scholarship applications to deliver the service, maintain accounts, respond to enquiries, and document transactions. We may use service providers that process information outside your country. We restrict access to information to people and providers involved in operating the service and retain records only as necessary for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal purposes. Contact us through the WhatsApp link below to request access, corrections or deletion; some information may need to be retained for legal or transaction-record purposes.
Cookies and technical information
Security and account functions may use necessary browser storage or cookies. Payment and hosting providers may process technical information when you use the website. We do not ask you to share full payment card details through WhatsApp or portal messaging.
