Service & Refund Policy

Services and package prices
Fundwise Scholars provides scholarship research, eligibility review, application preparation, permitted submission support, and application tracking. Apply 7 covers up to 7 suitable applications for ₦150,000. Apply 10 covers up to 10 suitable applications for ₦200,000. These are service fees, not a purchase of a scholarship or a guarantee of an award.
Non-refundable service fees
All payments for Fundwise Scholars service packages are non-refundable. Payments are final. By accepting the terms during checkout and paying, you acknowledge this policy. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or remedies for services not provided as legally required.
Payment verification and agreement signing
After actual payment is verified, our staff will send you a Service Agreement manually through WhatsApp. You must review, sign, and return it before we begin scholarship application work. A payment screenshot or browser success page alone is not sufficient proof of payment. Bank transfers must be matched to your Fundwise order reference and verified. Portal access may be made available after payment verification, but portal access does not mean application work has begun.
Timeline and student responsibilities
Fundwise's stated target is to complete and submit applications within one month of payment. Students must promptly return the signed agreement and submit complete, truthful documentation. If required documents, signatures, eligible opportunities, or open deadlines are unavailable, Fundwise will communicate any necessary adjustment and applicable legal remedies. An ineligible or unsubmitted application is not counted as submitted work.
No award guarantee and external fees
Scholarship providers and institutions make all award and admission decisions. Fundwise cannot guarantee an offer, scholarship, visa, or award. External application, examination, visa, translation, and similar charges are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
Requests, disputes and applicable rights
Contact Fundwise on WhatsApp at 0813 538 2164 with your full name and Fundwise order reference if you have a service or payment concern. We will review the records and respond. Where law requires a refund or remedy, we will comply. A signed Service Agreement supplements these published terms but cannot take away mandatory legal protections.
